IIS proxy dynamic loading

Is there a way to load the iisproxy.ini of weblogic into IIS without restarting it. I am using IIS 5.0 and weblogic 5.1. The problem that I am facing is I've same servlet having different aliases. The alias names are configured in WlForwardPath property of iisproxy.ini. When ever I add a new alias then I've to restart the IIS. Is there a way to overcome this restarting and loading it in IIS so that as and when I make changes to ini file I can see the servlet with that alias name in Browser.
