IIS Patch

I tried to run the IIS patch for Code Red on an NT 4.0 server this morning and the setup keeps failing stating:
Setup could not find the setup.log file in your repair directory. This file is there however. Has anyone got any ideas as I would really like to apply this patch.

First, are you even running Index Server? If you never installed it, the patch will fail since it is not required. I believe Index Server is not installed by default(?). Second, if Index Server is installed is it actually running (check the Content Index service in the services applet)?
