IIS on Win XP

Hai,
I have a code in ASP that runs fine in Win2K server
with sql7.0 as backend in same server. Large pages load at the speed of 10sec.

But we installed it on a XP Machine with Sql7.0 backend
in same machine of 800MHZ/256 MB RAM. The same page now loads in 4 Min.
Am i missing any configuration. Pl enlighten me.
The issue is urgent. I have 2 hour more for this

IIS on WinXP is personal web server not full blown IIS so that might have a bearing on it. Another thing to look at is you connection to the SQL Server database and see if there is some sort of bottleneck there.
