IIS Not serving images

We have a client running IIS 4.0 and Cold Fusion server. Everyone inside their network can load the site and see the images. When we load the site, the images do not show up either with a Cold Fusion page or a static html page. When we dial up to the machine, we can view the pages locally fine. When we dial up to another ISP we are not able to see the images.<br>

They also have MS Proxy and a Raptor firewall if this makes any difference.<br>

Any ideas on what may be causing this?

Check the proxy for the ip settings for that site. Aparently its blocking the requests. Also check the directory settings of the images directory.
