Running IIS5 on W2K server, with multipule web sites, how can I give permissions to a domain user to run MMC on their workstation and administer their website, but not allow them to use MMC to access other websites on the same server.

With their default permissions they can not access the website via the Internet Service Manager snapin on MMC, If I give them Administrator permission on the W2K server they can, but they can also then administer other web sites on the same server. I only want them to have full administration of their own website.

Hi!

it will be better to use the Personel Web Server on clients machines, With PWS they can only mange their own sites you can install the PWS from the Option Pack CD or download it from microsoft Site. iis_guru@yahoo.com

You can also set the permissions on the adminstrative pages
and let them administer it through their browsers.

can you tell me where to find information on how to setup multipule webs on one server (NT2000) with only one IP address...
