I have a windows 2003 SBS server where i am unable to access IIS manager, it just hangs. I am unable to do anything with IIS, plus in exchange there are no queues and i am unable to edit any protocols. All IIS services are started.
The only thing that has happened is the owner changed the IP address of the NIC. This has been restored to the original address. DNS is working fine and all other services are running.
Would it be better just to reinstall IIS & repair exchange?
