iis mails monitoring

i have installed IIS 5.0 on windows 2000 professional system for my SMTP mail server . i configured well all are going fine , but i want to view the contents of mails which are bypassed via my mail server .i.e all the users in my network will send thier mails via our SMTP server only , i want to view all the mails which are sent via that smtp server
plz help me
