When a user logs into my IIS server with their username in difference cases the IIS logs reads it as two different users instead of the same one. Is there any way around this? It is annoying when I am doing reporting for who is accessing the site. I have users Bob and bob listed separate... Any help would be appreciated.

Is there any way to force them to be logged or recorded as one case so that my log analyser sees them as one user instead of multiple?

Perhaps your log analyzer has an option to ignore case. Check the documentation and manufacturer support site for information.
