IIS execite access forbidden

Hey all.

I'm using iis with windows 2000, and when I try to execute a sql 7 stored procedure I get the below error.

You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed.

sounds and probably is simple to solve, but can't get my head round it.

any help appriciated.
