IIS does not support ASP

Hello,

I had installed IIS on my Win 2000 system, and it was working perfect. I was able to publish database form pages which required .asp feature, and was working perfect.

I by mistake deleted all of my files under

http://wwwroot,

now even though I still have IIS installed, my system wont let me publish ASP pages under

http://wwwroot,

saying ASP pages are not supported.

Question: I dont understand why this happened all of a sudden. Has this to do with deleting all files under

http://wwwroot??

If yes, then what is the fix?

where is defalt file location for the web?? and have you recreated the folders you had in

http://wwwroot?

Try reinstalling IIS - that should restore the files nd folders you deleted.
