I had to change the public and private IP of a Small Business Server ISA server. After changing the IP #'s, my IIS Default web page (including OWA) will not start. When I try to start it, I get a message from Internet Services Manager that "Address already in use". When I check active ports, port 80 is being used by w3proxy.exe.

Everything else on the SBS machine is working. Anyone have any idea how I can release/bind port 80 to the adaptors with the new IP #'s?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

If you open ISM and go to website properties > Website tab >
next to IP Address does it have (All Unassigned) or an IP address?
