IIS crashing

Hello, i keep getting errors from IIS that the memory could not be read ETC and searched google. there i found out i should run IISSTATE to create a log wich i have done. but now i am at a loss since i dunno what the log means, anyone that can se what the error is ?

Have you considered running the Debug Diagnostics Tool from MS. It could be used to capture general IIS and application pool process failures.
