They all talk about IIS with winnt or win2000 or winxp,.
My system is win98 se, but I don't know if I have IIS in it or not, and if not, do I ever have a chance to install it?

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think that you can have IIS on windows 98 - What you do get though is PWS (Personal Web Server) which is a cut down version of IIS (it has a one site and 10 connection limit)

If from the start button you have a look in
Programs,
Accessories,
Internet Tools

if you have it then it will have a Personal Web Server menu option.

It comes free with windows 98 but has to be specifically installed.
