Hi,

I currently have an ASP application that works on my windows 2000 Pro machine running IIS 5. It works successfully.
When I try to run it on my server its fails. After some investigation and debugging it seems that the information is not being retrieved by the server.
This also happens on another Windoes 2000 Pro machine.

Does anyone have an idea why one setup of IIS and ASP does not work correctly, but does on another?

James :)

Ensure all the Scripting properties of the site on the server are set correctly (under application settings, Execute Permissions should be set to Scripts Only).

Also ensure that the correct default documents have been enabled.

Hi,

they have alll been set correctly.

On one machine, disabling caching solved the issue, but on another it didn't. I also ran the script that was referred to in another post, and that hasn't solved the issue either.

Any more ideas?
