How do I add IIS to an already installed NT4 server ?

you can add iis from either the cd or i386, that gets you iis 2 or 3 i dont remember but you need the NT option pack to update it to IIS 4

The NT Option Pack will install IIS4 for you. Do not install IIS2/3 and then upgrade.
