iis 7 media files

I just moved a site from iis6 to iis 7 everything works fine except i cannot open or play any of the media files that are on the site
I just get page cannot be displayed.
If i right click a link to one of the media files i am able to download it just fine.
I tried downloading the media pack bit throttler but that did not resolve the issue.
I thought there was anothe rdownload that would allow my sites to stream vide and audio files or maybe i am missing the boat
I just want my sites to allow users to go to a link like

http://www.mysite.com/video/myvideo.wmv

and the file play on their pc.
How can i enable this in IIS 7????
