IIS 6 Metabase properties

We are running IIS6 on a Windows 2003 server. I have read elsewhere that certain properties in the Metabase.xml file can be overridden but I haven't seen a list of which ones or how to do it.

We have 3 app pools created. I am interested in changing the value of the "ASPBufferingLimit" property for one of the app pools but not the other two. Is this possible?
