iis 6.0 permission problem

hello all....

i've got an asp page that is suppose to ping an ip, but IIS 6.0 is giving me a permission denied error when i try to open it in the browser. there is a bunch of other "asp" stuff that works on the server, just not this. i head that running exe's on 6.0 can be a pain. anyone lend a hand?
