IIS 6.0 does not serve .jnpl files

I am trying to server .jnpl files on an IIS 6.0 server.
could you tell me what configurations should I do?

I get this error message when I try to a access the web link:

HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
Internet Information Services (IIS)
