I am using Windows Server 2003 and have IIS 6 installed. I have created C:\Inetpub\WebDAV and given Full Control (although I'd rather less) and I have set up the virtual directory WebDAV in the Management Console for IIS in my website. I removed anonymous access on the virtual directory and left Windows Integrated Authentication enabled. Do I need Basic Authentication for webdav to work? I also set the appropriate permissions for the virtual directory. Whenever a client attempts to connect using webdav in Dreamweaver MX they can initially connect but when they attempt to put any files or create directories they get a 403 permission denied error. Any help would be much appreciated.
