IIS 5 (SP5) - Virtual Folder with error - Access Denied

IIS 5 (SP5) is instaled and pointing the base folder to a FAT partition - ok, no problems.I´ve tried to create a virtual folder, pointing to a NTFS partition, and returns the error Access Denied. Reviewed the permissions of ¦USR_server, the same pwd is at the IIS and the folder. Everything is ok, i´ve read all the docs of IIS, but none speaks of this specific problem. The project is to install Office 97 FindFast on the server, using an Intranet.
