We have an old server with a site and 4 subfolders. 2 of the 4 do not require security. I chose the first one that does, edited it in ISS and ensured that anonymous is disabled, and integrated is. I then modified the permissions on teh folder to remove "Everyone" and add the group that the users are members on AD, as well as add a group that deny to the directory.

Every user when trying to open these directories is getting a prompt to enter their user ID and password. It then opens the directory, then when they click on a file to open, it prompts them again. Obviously the integrated security is working as it does let them in, but why is it still prompting?
