After I'd installed MS02-044, -045 and -047 on an Win2K AS server (and rebooted), I noticed that all of the web sites had stopped (not normal). I could easily restart them individually, but decided to test a little more. I tried using the 'Restart IIS...' command (right click on the server name under IIS Mgr) which stopped the sites, but they wouldn't restart. Has anyone else seen this or know the cause? Thanks.
