IIS 5.0-How to programmatically update Application mappings?

Hi,
How can I programmatically update IIS 5.0 Application Mappings? I need to be able to programmatically delete (e.g using VB) certain Application mapping extensions to improve the security of my website.

I know that it is possible to do this in IIS6.0 using the property 'WebSvcExtRestrictionList'. Is there a similar property to use in IIS5.0?
