IIS 5.0 and Active perl 5.6.1

I have just installed active perl 5.6.1 build 631 on my server.I am using W2K Adv. server as OS and my web server is IIS 5.0.

I am hosting my webpage on IIS 5.0, with free domain name.

What I am trying to do is to run one of these popular environment variables scripts, what happens is that the script only displays my own variables.When you connect from another machine it is supposed to display the visitors
variables.(I think HTTP_USER_AGENT is ok)

Under IIS 5.0 I have configured a root.site with 2 viritual directories
one for the scripts and one for the httpdocs.

On the root.site execute permissions are set to: Scripts and executables.
And the same are set for each of the viritual directories.

The pl mapping to the perl.exe is set on the root.site property sheet(configuration tab)

The problem is:

How can the visitors on my page see their Environment variables???
