IIS 4 to IIS 5

I have a web project created in Visual Interdev 6 using IIS 4 on an NT server. However we are now losing that server and I have to migrate the project to a win2000 server with IIS 5 (obviously). However, when I do this, parts of the web simply do not work. I've isolated the problem as occurring in the scriptlibrary files (generated by Interdev). Is there a feature in IIS 5 that may be causing this error?

The error relates to a Server.CreateObject command.
