We have an NT 4 server that acts as our email and proxy server. I instaled IIS on it and when people try to get out to the internet they only see the IIS page. I think I have checked all the setting and am not sur here or how i can et this up so i can have IIS run an inntranet while the same server allows people to access the internet.
ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

Try this :

Start up your server,
go to the MMC
stop webproxy
stop your 'default website'

GO to the properties of your default website,
set the port to e.g. 8000 instead of 80

Now start your Default website

Stop your default website again, and set it back to port 80
Make sure there are no other websites running on port80 on this server !!

Start webproxy

And now try again to access a website on the internet...
