I am building a report where the data is taken from a query.

The main form that supplies the data has 12 check boxes with a small amount of text associated with each check box.

I am wondering if it would be wise to construct one long IIF statement to allow the report to display the data for the particular box that is checked. Vice twelve different IIF statements.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

John

Neither sounds very appealing to write nor easy to maintain. Why not have the form construct a filter criteria string and use that to open the report instead?
