Need some help...

This is the statement I have been trying, Can't get it to work no matter what I change. I am using it in a field on a report:

=IIf([OL_TAX_SW]=0,"Y","N")

...all I am trying to do is show a Y for yes or an N for no...where there are 0 (zero's) and 1's.

Thanks,
pooh

Can't get it to work" isn't very informative. First, make sure the name of the text box is not the name of a field.

You can set the control source to [OL_TAX_SW] and set the format to:
"N";"Y";"Y";""
Are you sure you want 0="Y"?

Oops, had forgotten about using a separate field. The Y and N don't really matter for now as long as it works --> (being no error)...and it does now.

=IIf([OL_TAX_SW]=0,"N","Y")

Thanks so much!
