Need help with MDI applications

Hello,
I am new to Visual C++. I wish you could help at leat with the first question :

1. I want to create an MDI application in wich to show different childs from the beginning.

2. I wish to know how to use the "Docking view" property which is used in some VC++ windows (eg. the debugger watch frame).
