Ignore Empty Cells in Combobox? 1

Does anyone know if there a way to ignore empty table cells when creating a combobox? So the combobox only contains the cells with data? thanks

Write a WHERE clause in the RowSource's SQL code.

I tried this <>"IsNull" but I get a "Data Type Mismatch in Criteria expression error" and nothing shows up in my combobox.

how about duplicates? is there a way to ignore duplicates? so instead of listing 2 in the combobox, it just lists one of them?
