Ignore button or dump button on 2004 IPphone straight to voicemail?

Hi All-

A user sees a call coming in on his caller ID..

He has a Nortel IP2004 phone...

So is there a feature button to program to auto ignore or dump the call staright to voicemail?

Like on a cell phone....

If so, whats the LD and programming to be added?
