Ignite showing different name

I have an agent for MICC9 connected to MIVB whom when logged in with Ignite the name that shows on status is different from the configured employee's First name, Last name and Username. There is no nickname defined. Where is this status name likely to be coming from?
 
Is the Agent Name (Ext name) from MiVB (Directory name) the same as the Employee name configured?

The names are the same in MIVB and YourSite explorer for the agent, Telephone Directory and User and Services Directory.
 
Have you checked in SLQ DB Employee table?

Hi Valamagules. I cannot locate the Employee table in the Db. Please assist with navigation. I only see the below tables.

You will be looking in the table "tblConfig_Employee"
[CCMData].[dbo].[tblConfig_Employee]

Also validate the agent name in [CCMData].[dbo].[tblConfig_Agent]

FYI
dbo.tblConfig are configurable items within the MiCC
dbo.tblData are tabulated data for reporting
