Ignite Resize Timer

Hi All,

I have recently just updated a customers MiCC server and all the apps that go along with it. Since the upgrade, one of the users has noticed a new timer that seems to be activating itself.

A few times a day while the user is on admin tasks (not taking calls), the Ignite client will put her into a resize timer instead of her regular code.

Is there anywhere that I can disable this feature or does anyone know what would be triggering it?

New version of MiCC is 8.1.3.0
Ignite Client doesn't show a version type so whatever is associated with the MiCC version.

If the desktop version, try looking in the users documents folder, ccmlogs, ignite.log
You should be able to see the change there and at least give you a time for a starting point.
