Ignite - Processed - In Progress(Folder) clean up

Hello,

Does anyone know how to remove or re-assign emails that are stuck in the In Progress folder?
I have emails stuck there from over a year ago. Thanks in advance,

Nevermind this.
All of our users prefer the Desktop Version.
Which does not have any way to Resolve them like the Web Version..

Seems that it's time for a change!
