Ignite - Make Network Recovery - Recovery

I have a Make Network Recovery Backup on my Ignite Server.

Lost the boot drive on my RX2660.

Trying to recover using the backup.

Went to doc: Recovering using the Network for Itanium-Based Clients

When Booting from LAN - Receives error:
PXE-E16 PXE offer not received

anybody have a step-by-step instruction on restoring from a make network recovery backup file?
