Hi Guys,

I have an issue that i'm not sure if people have seen.

When a user turns on their PC nd goes to log in to Ignite, they need to enter all their details, including the server address every time. I have confirmed she is pressing remember me function.

Every other user has no issue when using the remember me function and can login straight away.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this and has any idea on a fix for it?

it's probably a security setting on the PC preventing the info from being remembered.

Windows settings
Browser Settings
Virus Checker

Or possibly the method of install. Not installed as administrator perhaps.

I have contact the local IT team since posting this for them to look into it.

I will post the findings once they get back to me.
