IGear and MS Proxy

Anyone seen this problem or know of a possible solution ? :

IGear runs on MS proxy NT4 member server , Once xyz domain controller was migrated to Win2k the user list in IGear admin page only shows a small portion of the xyz domain users. SAM seems to be consistant across the domain. I'm just not convinced this is a Win2k compatibility issue even thouhgh Symantec states it is...
anyone ?

Strange. Just fe things that cross my mind reading your problem...
But, is the AD organized in organizational units (OU)? Maybe I-Gear is reading just an OU.
By the way, on Symantec site it says that just I-Gear 3.5.14 is supported by Windows 2000. Have you this version? Gia Betiu
