I have a few survivable sites that are connected back to the core over an internet vpn connection. Not ideal, but we force IGAR for all internal 4 digit calls. I'm finding IGAR to be problematic and doesn't always work. Is there a way to just not use IGAR and strictly just use standard insertion of digits over the PSTN? As you would between 2 non connected sites.

I would think you would just turn off the IGAR in the network region setting for that site and then add the digit conversions for that site.
