Hello folks,
I am troubleshooting an issue in a phone system but I have not been able to find where to modify the configuration, check the trace below:
14:27:50 coverage-path 300 point 1 cid 0x36d2
14:27:50 call-forwarding *774430099
14:27:50 ring trunk-group 99 cid 0x36d2
14:27:50 IGAR starting trunk-group 21 cid 0x36d2
IGAR is starting trunk-group 21, but dont know how IGAR is doing that, do you know how to identify this part?
I have read a lot of manuals but nothing shows me how to modify from TG 21 to a different one.
I checked the ip-network-regions and the route patterns, etc. But I was not able to find that TG 21.
The PBX is not showing any trunk group in the list of trunk groups.
Any assistance is really appreciated.
