Iframes in Netscape and IE

IFrames are supported by IE, Netscape 6, Opera 5 and above,
and is not supported by Netscape Navigator 4.x
It is possible to use the same code - if written accurately with taking into consideration some incompatibility issues - to make it working (and looking exactly the same) in 3 above mentioned browsers.
