iFrame in Chrome not displaying

I believe Chrome is rendering it, it is just collapsed into itself. When you specify height: 100%; it means 100% of the parent, when parent has a specified height. Yours doesn't, meaning there's no reference point. Chrome decides 100% is just a few pixels, while other browsers apply another arbitrary height. I would try to either remove the height altogether or give it a proper height (300px or so).

However, your page is very much a blast from the past. I had no idea anyone would still build a page with so many unnecessary tables in 2010.
