iframe conpatibility question...

Well, I suppose it depends how much lower than 5.5 you want to go - IFRAMEs were introduced in IE3.
IFRAMEs used to be IE-only, but they were adopted as an official tag in HTML4.01. So they work in all the versions of IE that you're likely to see, plus up-to-date versions of other browsers. Notably, they DON'T work in Netscape 4.7 (but then, what does?).

Only thing you should watch for are that some of the features won't work in older versions of IFrames for IE.
