iframe and ilayer

I'm trying to use the following code. It works fine with the later versions of IE, but when I use ilayer on the latest versions of Netscape the src appears, but the rest of my page is blank. Does anyone know the fix to my problem? I think both iframe and ilayer are ditched in future versions of Netscape, and probably ditched in IE6 whenever it comes out.
