I want to be able to have users use their files at work and have their file available thru Ifolder while not at the office.

The users currently have a folder \\data\users\%username on the novell file server.

How is this done ? Mark

Ifolder creates a directory on a designated server. It is not a standard directory but is encryted etc. Even if you choose not to encrypt it creates a directory like data:ifolder\4c\????????

Your files are not stored as cv.doc but in an ifolder format.

After the user has created an account they just need to drop and files into their ifolder directory on their laptop/pc's. After the initial sync then only delta changes are synced. The user will have the same files on the laptop and on the server. They can access the server version via a browser if they don't have their laptop etc.

This may sound complicated but is straight forward once you have had a play with the workings of it.
