If your e-mails with attachments take an age to open or if when you try to export to a pst file you get the message:

"Some items could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted, or access was denied"

I've been wondering why are e-mails were so slow for ages now! Just found the answer. )

This refers to Exchange 5.5, Outlook 2000 & InnoculateIT 6 (in my case)

Actually. Got a new problem. When I click on an e-mail with an attachment, the "Opening Mail Attachment" box pops up automatically asking if I want to open or save the attachment...

... Any Ideas why this has suddenly started happening?
