For all of you seeking help, please note that we can all be far more helpful if you do the following:

- Give us the version of the application (Access 97, 2000 or 2002(xP)

- Your ability approach the problem (Use VBA, Use Macros, Can't program my way out of a papersack..)

- Be as clear as possible about the problem. We can't see your forms, tables or other objects, so a clear statement will help us present reasonable solutions. petersdaniel@hotmail.com
