Can a Form Submit button be programmed to select which file to jump to for confirmation based on a choice made on the form. I.E If the user selects option 1 from a drop down list, they should jump to confirmationpage1 upon "submit". The same would apply for Option 2 = Confirmation2 ... and so on.

You could do something like this wiht ASP, but not with FrontPage alone. If your hosting company supports ASP, basically you could use the request.form on a redirect page that the form submits to, to redirect the user based on the option selected in that particular field.
