If then Else formula for payable hours

We have employees that are eligible to have up to 10 hours a week reimbursed @ 4.00 an hour.

I have a formula to compute hours worked gross pay/hrly rate.

I want to create a formula that looks @ hours and pays 40.00 if hours are over 10, if they are under 10 it needs to multiply hours by 4.00

I keep getting errors on strings/booleans on my if then else's


please help!
