I am not a code writer but was wondering if there was something within the form fuctionality that if a user chooses a value from Field1 and a value from Field 2, I could then program a link for each possible outcome.

If Field1='A' and Field2=1 then my link is else
if Field1='A' and Field2=2 then link is
Is this possible in Dreamweaver or is this a code-only type of thing?
 
I currently have 8 different form pages and instead of having one page that links them all separately, I'd like one link and from their choices, chooses the link for them. Unfortunately, me and php are not friends (escpecially mysql bleh). I already have my forms working great that emails results etc, I just want a homepage that will output a link that then points to one of these 8 pages.
 
So would a cascading menu work?

Insert->Spry->menu bar or accordian
